We ship parcels in cooperation with reliable carriers FedEx and UPS, who deliver directly to your door. Upon delivery, additional charges such as customs duties or local VAT in your country may apply. These charges are not included in the product price.

FedEx will take care of customs clearance and, for fast delivery, will pay VAT and any applicable duties to the customs authorities on your behalf. These charges, along with the FedEx handling fee for customs clearance, will then be billed directly to you.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and current carrier capacity, but it is usually around 7 business days.

All our shoes are handmade to order. Due to the current workload in our workshop, the production time may occasionally be shorter or longer than expected.

If you are ordering your shoes for a specific date or event, please let us know at the time of ordering. We treat each order individually and will do our best to accommodate your request.

The estimated delivery time for each model is listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We deliver your shoes safely right to your door. It matters to us that your shoes reach you as quickly and in the best condition possible. We cooperate with UPS, FedEx and DHL. 99% of shipments reach you without damage or delay.

Each pair is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they are not damaged during transport. If anything happens to the shipment during delivery, we will take care of it. We will resolve everything directly with the carrier and send you a new package.
