Shipping and taxes 

We deliver your shoes safely right to your door. It matters to us that your shoes reach you as quickly and in the best condition possible.

We cooperate with UPS, FedEx and DHL. 99% of shipments reach you without damage or delay.

Each pair is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they are not damaged during transport. If anything happens to the shipment during delivery, we will take care of it. We will resolve everything directly with the carrier and send you a new package.

Shipments are sent from our workshop in Europe.

Order completion time

All shoes are handmade to order and are usually dispatched within 14 days of ordering. If you need the shoes for a specific date or event, please let us know. We treat each order individually and will be happy to arrange faster processing of your order.

The exact delivery time can be found in the details of each product and in your cart. If your barefoot shoes are in stock, they are usually dispatched within 7 days of ordering.

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shopping from the USA

For shipments to the USA, we cooperate with UPS and FedEx, who deliver parcels reliably right to your door.

Delivery cost: 32 USD

Delivery time: orders usually arrive within 7 days.

Customs duties: From 29 August 2025, shipments from the EU are no longer exempt from customs duties. Most goods are subject to a flat duty rate of 15%, set by the US customs authorities.

FedEx will handle customs clearance and, for fast delivery, will pay the duty to the US authorities on your behalf. These charges, along with the FedEx handling fee for customs clearance, will then be billed directly to you.

Shopping from Canada

Under the CETA agreement between the European Union and Canada, goods such as footwear are exempt from customs duties. Upon import, you will only be required to pay Canadian VAT, which is not included in the product price.

Carrier: FedEx or UPS

Delivery cost: 32 USD

Delivery time: orders usually arrive within 7 days.

Customs duties: upon delivery, you will be required to pay Canadian VAT of 5–15%. Goods are exempt from customs duties. FedEx will handle customs clearance and, for fast delivery, will pay VAT to the customs authorities on your behalf. These charges, along with the FedEx handling fee for customs clearance, will then be billed directly to you.

Shopping from the United Kingdom

Under the TCA agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom, goods made in the EU are exempt from customs duties. Upon import, you will only be required to pay UK VAT.

Carrier: FedEx

Price: 18 USD

Delivery time: orders usually arrive within 7 days.

Customs duties: shipments up to 135 GBP and shipments above 135 GBP originating from the EU are exempt from customs duties. Upon delivery, UK VAT will be charged.

FedEx will handle customs clearance and, for fast delivery, will pay VAT and any potential duties to the UK authorities on your behalf. These charges, along with the FedEx handling fee for customs clearance, will then be billed directly to you.


Shopping from Europe

We ship parcels within Europe in cooperation with DHL, FedEx and UPS. Deliveries are made reliably right to your door.

The delivery cost ranges from 10 to 20 USD depending on the destination. The exact price will be shown in your cart.

Delivery time with the carrier is usually around 7 days, depending on the destination and current carrier capacity.

Shopping from all other countries

We ship parcels in cooperation with reliable carriers FedEx and UPS, who deliver directly to your door. Upon delivery, additional charges such as customs duties or local VAT in your country may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price.
